Nice apartment. Conveniently located to everything. You can hear the upstairs neighbors moving around all the time though. Needs better parking

I don't have any complaints because Its normally a quite place and the maintenance crew is always friendly and helpful. We have been here over 7 years and dont have much to complain about.

I was wowed at first sight! I can see why they was voted best interior 2024. If anyone is interested in looking for a place to rent, I would recommend that they go to the Oakley in Saraland, and then the people who work there are super friendly,helpful and patient.

So far so good.. nothing really major to complain about. It’s very chilled, and very quiet. The neighbors really get alone with each other. And it’s very pet friendly here also.

Everything was great! Our son loves the location and everyone has been so nice and responsive. We had a small water leak in the bathroom and the maintenance responded the same day and was so sweet. If you’re looking for an apartment in the Saraland area look no further . You will not be disappointed!

Everything has been super seamless moving in here at The Oakley. Megan has been wonderful in helping us get settled in. It’s really nice having the valet trash and our pool is super nice as well. Around the complex there’s several dumpsters to help with all the new move in trash as well.

Fire the person who recommended replacing the carpet in the apartments and put the glue down fake wood flooring. My ceiling fan shakes every time the person walks upstairs. Its always fun to explain why the people upstairs are making the bed squeak to your kid.

Staff is great, maintance came out the day I submitted a problem. Came and sprayed for insects on a timely schedule. Only bad thing is the gates broken and tentants are not picking up after their dog

The best part about the community is that the people care. On my way to work I see the apartment manager picking up paper as she comes in to work. Kevin, the maintenance man is so nice. He really cares about the people on the apartment

Quick and easy process. Everything was straight-forward and easy to understand. We love the unit and couldn’t be happier. We haven’t found anything wrong in the apartment and are excited to get it all furnished.

Only reason I didn't rate 5 is I've only been here for 2 weeks and the access gate has been broke both weekends allowing anyone free access to the property.

Been here almost 2 years! Sadly we have outgrown it. I’m gonna miss my first place in Saraland! The neighbors have been great for the most part, maintenance and office staff are kind.

We love the quiet of this complex. Maintenance is quick to respond to request; great group of people. Gym and pool area were renovated recently. Apartments are being renovated as people move out which has raised rent in the complex.

They have the best maintenance people. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing that needs improvement is the grounds keeping. The company has done some improvements as far as recently cutting tree limbs. The problems that I see is with the overflow pond, it is full of trash and limbs , causing the water to be stagnant. In the summer this will be a mosquito problem. Lots of dog poop in areas other than the dog park. Not the fault of the grounds people but rather tenants .

The Oakley is very nice and is a peaceful living community. I have enjoyed my time here so far. The maintenance team is super awesome and quick to respond to problems. The office staff is fantastic and very professional. I hope the rent price does not increase.

I enjoy relaxing on the outside. I’ve met some really nice people at the Oakley. My family feels safe and secure living here. It’s a nice place to come home to.

Great amenities and spacious rooms! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I love having the option to purchase a garage and parking carport for the convenience of my kids! The pet stations around the facility are so awesome. They help the kids be more responsible and they love helping out!

Awesome place to live! Pretty cool scenery, and great staff. Love the walk around pool area and the pond area with my child. I’d give this place 6 stars if I could!
